This Privacy Policy explains how Print Time USA ("we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the Print Time application ("the App"), collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the App.

  • Business data — customers, documents, invoices, payments, products and related records you enter into the App.
  • Usage data — basic technical and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the App.

2. QuickBooks Online Data

When you connect the App to QuickBooks Online (provided by Intuit Inc.), we access certain data from your QuickBooks company via the QuickBooks Online API, which may include customers, invoices, payments, items and sales-tax information.

  • This data is accessed solely to provide the App's accounting and synchronization features that you have requested.
  • We do not sell QuickBooks data and we do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the App.
  • QuickBooks data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely on our hosting infrastructure.
  • We retain QuickBooks data only while your QuickBooks connection is active. You may disconnect the integration at any time, and you may request deletion of your data as described in Section 6.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain and improve the App, to provide customer support, to synchronize data with QuickBooks Online at your request, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All traffic to the App is served over HTTPS, and sensitive data is encrypted. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to function, including Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting integration) and error-monitoring tools. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal and QuickBooks data by contacting us at [email protected]. Disconnecting the QuickBooks integration stops further data access from QuickBooks Online.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
