End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Print Time USA ("we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the Print Time application ("the App"). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or lease the App;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code;
  • use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, content and trademarks, is owned by Print Time USA and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Time USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of your use of the App.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Modesto, Stanislaus County, California.
